The planet's largest biosphere under threat

According to the latest United Nations report published last February, 97% of migratory fish are on the brink of extinction. This figure comes on top of many others, pointing to ocean warming, stratification, oxygen loss and acidification. The conclusion is bitterly clear: our planet's largest biosphere, our greatest common, is on the verge of collapse.
